AutoWear Launch wear app from complication

Hi. I have set up a wear complication that displays blood glucose data captured from a notification my phone. I wanted to set the complication to open an app locally on the watch when tapped. I assume that this should be possible, and fairly simple, but I cannot figure what command should be entered. Can anyone offer any clues?

Update: I have created an App Action that successfully opens the app. I just can't figure how to call that App Action from the complication.
