Hi, I am really a newbie what regfards Tasker and AutoInput.
I have a Samsung S8 (not rooted) and I would like to open GA (google Assistant) by emulating a long press on the Home button (or as an alternative by using an intent).
I am in the trial period of AutoInput and I'd like to see if I can this working.
Can someone please help showing me how to do it. I tried with the Beginner Mode but did not understand what to do it.
    Thank you.

Depends on what you want invoked. I haven't found anything that does the same thing as long-pressing home, but I can automatically start a voice command with

    Send Intent
    Action: android.intent.action.VOICE_COMMAND
    Cat: Default
    Package: com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox
    Target: Activity

Basically, the same as long pressing home if your preferred input is voice. If your preferred input is set to keyboard, I haven't found the way to emulate that, yet.

There are also a host of activities under Launch App, long press on Google. From there I can get straight to the place to start typing for a google search.
