Solved message read even with notification acces and accessability service disable

Hello.
I use to have both notification acces and accessability service disable cause I don't want my phone to start reading loud my message when I'm outside -both of them get enable when I plug my earplug (via secure setting and shell script).
Earlier today I received an sms an touchless chat read it loud. I've immediately checked those settings and they were both disable.
How is it possible?
And how can prevent touchless chat from reading my messages when I don't want?
