Open Missing MMS/SMS

    Very frequently Join misses SMS/MMS, particularly when they are MMS/group messages. I'm looking at a thread now, and the last message appears in the lastsms file, but on the join app on the phone and on the desktop, messages are missing between 9/28 and today. The messages are in both the google messages app on my phone, and also in the mysms app on the web, which I was attempting to abandon since join is much faster and more featureful.

    Restarting join on the phone does not appear to help.
    Please advise if there are any other debugging possibilities.

    Thanks for the report. Does restarting the Join SMS service help? Try in Join Settings -> Settings -> SMS And Phone Calls -> Disable and re-enable SMS Service.
