AutoNotification Notification Intercept Service is not running

Heya Joao,
First as always. Much respect and thank to you for your amazing apps!
My phone had an auto update (Huawei Mate 20 Pro) a week ago and I had noticed that I was getting this notification Notification Intercept Service is not running.

I then went to AutoNotification->Notification Blocking and it said something like The intercent service is not running then to press OK. So I did. I saw the AutoNotification was enabled so I disabled it and then rebooted just to be sure and went back to it and re-enabled the service.

But it still showed that the service is not running after reboot. I then deleted all the blocked notifications. And rebooted again.
When I rebooted I could see the notification area was bumping up and down which lead me to believe that the AutoNotification was doing something.
So I ran the log. And ran my car app.
I had set AutoNotification to block the Torque Pro app from showing notifications when active. But that was the app I had deleted from the Block list.

I am still getting notifications that the service is not running and this is the log I have
