Open Notification not dismissing

    I have the notification shown below that keeps coming back on Chrome even though I keep pressing "Dismiss Everywhere" button, and it hasn't been on my phone for quite some time.

    Yes. It's intermittent, but I normally have to dismiss the notification 3 to 5 times in a day.
