Open Phone somtimes doens't receive the message from another phone.

Hi joao, another quick question. I have a phone at home as a receiver for commands and I use another phone to send commands to it via join&tasker. But sometimes it works sometimes it does not. I did the following but still have the problem.

1.disable doze and any power saving apps such as amplify and greenify
2.set both tasker and join to run in foreground.

Any suggestion for possible solution for this problem would be appreciate. thx!

 

yes both are rooted and I think it has something to do with gcm maybe? because this only occur when they're not on the same network.
