Solved Question about tasker command feature

So i noticed the tasker command button on chrome, i have yet to not figure out how it should work. Do i need some other app or only join will do?

 

You need Tasker or any other app compatible with Tasker plugins, such as Automagic (my personal favourite) or Automate (almost as good, and free). Other than that you only need Join.

 

Yeah, it's not entirely obvious how it works, but once you figure it out, it's easy. Just send the Tasker command from the PC, for example - "test." Then set up a profile in Tasker on the Join event with text "jointextpush=:=test" and it will trigger when you send that command.
