Tasker Tasker+Galaxy Watch - Auto detect sleep

I have a galaxy wacth (SM-R810) Tizen Version 4.0.0.4 and I was wondering if it is possible to detect automatically the time I slept and woke up in order to perform some tasks in my phone. I don't want the solution that I must enable from Sleep As Android App the sleep tracking because this is not automatisation.
