Can't Fix Trying to set up a "Task Shortcut" from other apps does nothing.

    Hello.

    I may have an issue with external access. Both Nova Launcher and KWLP, when trying to set a up a call for a Task Shortcut, have been failing. I click the "Task Shortcut" and nothing happens when I should be taken to a screen in which I select which task. Is this a bug? Any fixes or workarounds? I have enabled "External Access" in the preferences.

    Hi. Did you try going in Tasker and then backing out of it with the back button?

    Hi

    I have the same issue and it has arisen recently.
    The tasks list didn't pop up either when trying to add shortcuts from launcher (which is Nova) or other apps which can pick shortcuts like Edge Gestures.
    No solution yet?
