AutoNotification Vibration Pattern not work on Pie

    Greetings to all. I have a Samsung Note 8. When I had Oreo, everything worked fine. After update to Pie Vibration Pattern does not work.:(

    If Vibration Pattern is not set ---> does not vibrate ---> OK
    If I set any Vibration Pattern it vibrates but ignores the pattern.
    Vibrates only classic bzzz bzzz. 2x short vibratilon, as SMS or email. Ignores the set pattern.

    Some ideas please?

    Try setting a different notification category for that specific pattern and see if that works :) On Pie each notification category can only be setup to use a certain vibration pattern.

    That's amazing. I tried the categories before. And tried to change the category settings.
    Now I have created a brand new category and vibrate pattern works!;)

    Thank you very much. I appreciat your help!

    PS: Can I ask for advice? How do I remove a category I no longer need?

    When using the helper to select a category in the Notify action, long click a category instead of just clicking :)

    What is a "helper"? You mean this?:

    Unfortunately, I long keep my finger on the channel and nothing happens.

    Oh I see! Sorry for the confusion. To remove an existing channel use the AutoNotification Categories action in Tasker :)

    That's what I meant before :p The Tasker channels :p Long click them when using the helper in the Notify action.
