    Can you please try enabling the bell icon in your device list in the main AutoVera app?

    just tried....no response either. T.T

    Anyway to find out what variables the switch is given when it is toggled? by the way it is an aeotec gen 2 smart switch.

    Yeah, can you please try this in AutoVera:
    - clear logs
    - enable system logs
    - toggle the switch
    -export logs and paste them here
