I just upgraded to a Galaxy Note 9 from a Galaxy S8 yesterday and now when I try to use the Join app on my desktop, the texts aren't going through and new received texts aren't showing up.

Go to the Device list -> click new device -> Send an SMS Message
    Hope this helps! :)

Nope, I did that both on my phone and on the desktop app and it's still not sending anything and not loading any of my old messages.

What happens if you run diagnostics on the new device?

When I run the diagnostics it says everything is fine.

This is what I get from my phone when doing the diagnostic.

Thanks. Can you clarify what you mean by "it's still not sending anything"? Do you mean that you can't send SMS from Join on your new phone?

I mean that I can't send SMS through the Chrome extension on my desktop. I hit send and the little loading/sending icon spins around forever and the intended recipient never receives it. And I don't get new texts showing up from other people.

Can you please try re-installing the Chrome extension and see if that helps? Thanks!

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the chrome extension and the app on the phone multiple times and it still does this.

Are you able to send a normal push (like a web page) to that phone from Chrome?
