   Hi,
   I created a notification which contains the explanation of the current APOD (Astronomical Picture of the Day), but it seems to cut the text (in ANs Text or Text expanded fields) at about 668 characters.
   Is there a limt to the maximum length a text can have in a notification?

   Yes, there's a limit. I don't set it myself, but Android can only display a limited number of characters, sorry!
