Currently using Autoremote from 28th May 2018 with Tasker from 28th October 2018. For some reason after sending messages to Autoremote it stops receiving it. I checked the log for Autoremote, but I don't see anything. It will work if I reboot my phone, and then stops after around 10-20min. Is there something I am missing?

I tried it, but it didn't work. I have used Autoremote with Tasker on the same phone for a few months now, and only recently did I find that things stopped working. I am trying Pushover and used Tasker with the Pushover plugin. Pushover is getting the messages that I send to my phone. I can see it in the log. But it does not trigger Tasker to do the action. I know how to setup Tasker as I have been using the same actions with NotifyMyAndroid before they discontinued. I have been using that combination for a year.
