AutoTools Android Oreo Night Mode

I just upgraded to Android 8.0 Oreo on my Pixel, and in the 'Secure Settings' action, the 'Night Mode' command no longer works with:

Your Android version doesnt support this setting, sorry!
 

I checked via listing the secure settings over ADB, and the setting is still the same as previously: 'night_display_activated'. I believe the app just needs to be updated.

 

Really hope to see this working again soon (and glad I'm not a lone wolf needing this supported! )

 

Yep, I can confirm that I had the same problem, and that the updated version works perfectly.

 

Hey, seems like this same error has popped up again after updating from 8.0 to 8.1. Any chance for a fix? Thanks

Hey, I was trying this on AutoTools v2.1.bf on my Pixel 2XL and it does not work. Getting the same error that the Android version does not support
