@mefistofelis did you press the check button in the Chrome tab while authenticating with dropbox?

Any idea if this could be done to the Git or Bitbucket apis instead of dropbox?

If you can implement file uploads on those APIs I don't see why not :D

I am facing the same issue. I don't see any "check" button on joaoapps.com site after authenticating in dropbox.com

It's not on the site, it's in the chrome UI itself :)

Ah! Now I see it in the address bar. Earlier it was hidden owing to the dark theme I had. Thanks!

I'm trying to import the backup to another phone but it doesn't show! I exported the backup file from my Dropbox to my phone internal storage but when I open Tasker and try to import the project it doesn't show.

Maybe it's not in the folder Tasker is looking for? Try to navigate to the folder that you exported the file to.

i placed the .xml file in every folder of tasker and when I press the three dots in upper right corner and go to Data -> restore -> user local backup. The file isn't shown.
Lost all my sweet projects/profiles :(

Can't get the folder path to work. Even if putting in /foo/foo.xml I get the entire folder path in my dropbox like:
    \foo\storage\emulated\0\Tasker\configs\auto\20170820.03.55.59-20170820.04.09.53\foo.xml.xml
