Creating a video playing App

    I had this idea about creating a video app in tasker that takes all of your video apps under one roof. You can create play list and have them play local or cast. Also be able to set alarms to start playing. It would great if the app shows you what's playing.... Problem: idk know how to do any of this. Anybody willing to help and guide?
