In the Chromium based browser VIvaldi (vivaldi.com) on Windows whenever the Join plugin creates a pop-up window, it first resizes the entire browser window (to the height of the pop-up, with stays same), moves it a bit up and to the right and only then the pop-up window itself is shown. The result looks like: So even the Join menu itself is cut of (since the parent browser is reduced in height). It seems as if there is code to (re)size the pop-up, but that it gets executed before the pop-up is really opened and that as a result the browser window gets resized. PS. The company I'm working at blocks installing plugins in Chrome, but they didn't manage to block Vivaldi, running from an ordinary folder
