Open Chrome -> Tasker

Curious if this is possible:
I visit a certain page in Chrome and it invokes Tasker on my Android device automatically?

Alternatively, I know I can create a favorite shortcut key (eg. CTRL-Z) for instance when I'm on that page.

Unfortunately it seems the phone needs to be unlocked for this to work but maybe I can use AutoTools to unlock it.

EDIT:

This all works now (I believe the problem was due to the encryption key)

Though Tasker doesn't seem to be seeing the Join event (profile event listener is filtered on text and/or title) when I press CTRL-Z (chrome says it's sending the command). Does the favorite shortcut not work directly with the Tasker plugin?

What I'm trying to do is an auto-MFA without picking up my phone, that is:

I visit the page looking for the code and Join either automatically or w/ CTRL-Z
Tasker task then does:

launches the MFA app,

Autoinput then manipulates it

AutoInput grabs the code

Join copies the code to the clipboard on Chrome

Back on Chrome I paste the clipboard item from Join into the MFA field (Not sure if this can piece can be automated too).

I have the Tasker task working but so far it's not launching from CTRL-Z on Chrome (that is, from Tasker I can run the task and it copies the code to the clipboard on Chrome.

So what happens when you run the task from Ctrl-Z? Nothing at all? Not even if your screen is on and unlocked?
