Open Join API and Images

I am using the Join API to send notifications to my android device (Galaxy S20+) from node red. I would like to utilize the image tag to display an image inside the notification but it doesn't work very well. When I expand the notification, the image shows up but the image is cut off so only the middle portion is visible (top third and bottom third are not visible). Additionally, if the notification body is longer than 1 line, it too is cut off so only the first line is visible. When an image isn't in the notification, the complete message shows up when the notification is expanded. Is there any way to 1, have the complete image show (auto resize to fit the available image section) and 2, have the entire message show when an image is displayed in the notification?
