There are at least four places to set the BT options but I'm missing something. I can't find the right place to set BT so that it only triggers my task when my BT headset is active ( it's for my motorcycle). I can get it to trigger the task in "normal", but then it's reacting to the mic on the phone. I can get it to "toast" from the BT headset, but then it never triggers my task. I've tried normal, Bluetooth1, and OK Google without success. I've tried every one of the AutoVoice vars for "source". Success defined = ONLY respond to the BT headset AND trigger the task. Any help on how best to use the "noise" actions would also be useful. On the few times I've got it to trigger on the bike, it never stops listening after that. I'm guessing it's trying to recognize the wind as noise? It worked OK when stopped. AV is a fun toy, just hope it can be more that that? TIA, Dennis
AutoVoice doesn't give you the information or allow you to react to your BT status You can use the built-in tasker conditions for that.
Probably TMI Try again.. In AutoVoice, I'm trying to set its options so that my task is only triggered from the BT headset. It works OK if source is set to "normal" but not from "bluetooth1" or "OK Google" ( those are your other input choices). Any source other than "normal" will pop up the toast, but never triggers the task. I need to trigger the task when the input source is bluetooth1 but it's not working for me. Dennis
OK, finally got it sorted out.. ...still, too many different places to set it, imho ..lol.. You can close this now. Thanks Den
