   When I am sent an image it opens up a new conversation with that contact as opposed to the image just showing up in our existing conversation. Is this normal operating procedure? Not too fond of this. Is there a way to change how this functions?

   Hi there. It should show up on the same conversation, not on a separate one. Does this happen with all your contacts?
