Open Chrome extension not syncing well

I'm currently using join to push sms messages from my s8 to my laptop using the chrome extension and the android app (although I uses Textra as my main sms message on my s8). However, the messages sync inconsistently, sometimes taking several minutes to sync, even after refreshing several times. Also, sometimes it will sync messages multiple times, displaying a text as having come in several times. Any help is appreciated!

 

I have the same issue, when I send an sms from my computer (chrome extension) it will sometimes take several minutes to send and often it does not send at all. The texts also do not update themselves unless I hit the refresh button.

I am using a Surface Pro 2017 with windows 10.

 

I'm currently testing the app now, it seems to send texts faster but there is still at least 30 seconds of loading before it shows that it sent. However seems to receive texts more consistently.

Once it begins running, it seems to send and receive this much faster, almost immediately.

Will let you know if I come across any problems throughout the day.

Okay well that kinda worked. I now get the notifications much faster, but once I open the sms tab on the chrome extension, it does not show the text, and reverts to showing old messages.

 

I have the same issue... I can tell you that I had to reset my network settings on my S8+; when I did so, this broke things.
I reinstalled Join and it hasn't been the same since. I've reinstalled a couple of times. I have also installed the update from above.
None of them provide a current list of texts from my phone.
