AutoVoice Android Wear Update

I have a Moto 360 (1st Gen) and it just received the Marshmallow update. I noticed that the watch now has Accessibility settings and in them it has a 'AutoVoice Google Now Integration'. Does that mean I should now be able to use 'Ok Google' followed by an Autovoice command now without having to use the separate 'Autowear Listening' function?

I briefly tried it but it didn't work. I'm also at work so can't play around and test it out yet so figured I'd post on here in the meantime.

 

Played a little more but no luck. I was hopeful after seeing that new setting on my moto 360 but guess it still isn't possible. Has anyone else updated their Android Wear watch and tried this feature out yet?
