AutoCast Detect of currently casting

    I have set up my TV to pause if my phone rings.
    I know I can pause chrome cast with autocast.
    Can I check to see if currently casting to chrome cast, then pause chome cast only if casting?

    Do you mean to check if a different app is casting?

    Well at the moment if I'm watching TV via my set top box and my phone rings, Tasker sends a command to my IR blaster to pause the TV.
    The reason I want to detect if Chrome Cast is being used, is so I can pause Chome Cast instead of the set top box.

    Usually there is a notification that someone on your network is casting (with some media controls). You can react to that. However it only appears when the screen is on.
