    Screenshots of errors above.
    I've been using the NodeRed Join plugin happily for many months now.....but all the sudden it has stopped working correctly. My use case has always been utilizing URLs to push commands into NodeRed.

    To Reproduce Errors:
    -Use https://joinjoaomgcd.appspot.com/ and generate a URL to send a command to NodeRed. Open browser and enter the URL. Receive error message above. I blurred the IP address. Oddly, the error message lists my IP address TWICE.
    URL used (command is flash=:=1):
    https://joinjoaomgcd.appspot.com/_a...ames=NodeRed&text=flash=:=1&apikey=feSECRETb8

    -Try to issue a command directly to NodeRed through https://joinjoaomgcd.appspot.com/ UI interface. Receive error message above. Again, I blurred the IP address.

    And here is the more interesting part where a command DOES work:
    -Using Chrome Browser Join Extension to issue a command to NodeRed. It works!
    -Using Join app on Phone to issue command to NodeRed. It works!
    -Using Tasker -> Join action with Phone to issue command to NodeRed. It works!
    -Using NodeRed to trigger a command TO NodeRed. It works!

    It seems the only thing that is NOT working is using the URLs to issue commands.....I don't know why. As a result, this is breaking all my IFTTT--->NodeRed integrations

    Thanks for the report. Do you know when this started happening exactly? are you able to access http://localhost:1820/ on that PC?

    • As far as exact timing.....I can't say for certain honestly.....but I would say it is somewhere in the vicinity of....within the last 3-5 days. Rough estimate. Sorry I can't be for certain.
    • When I go to http://localhost:1820/ I receive a white page with the text "OK" at the top. So I believe that is working fine.

    Ok, I figured out the issue! Can you please update the Join module and try again?

    Updated Join Node Red Module to version 1.1.2. Restarted Node-Red. Retested.

    No change. Issue persists. Same result on all test examples as above.

    As outlined in original post, It is weird that the commands work in some test scenarios but not in others......so it is not as though the NodeRed Join module is completely borked....the issue seems isolated to sending commands via URL only. And I tested firing off a URL command inside my network and outside my network (if that matters)

    UPDATE:
    Got it to work.
    After updating the Node Red Join Module.....In the Node Red UI, I needed to double click on a Join node in my Flow, and just click through the join server settings.....didn't change a thing, just navigated through the settings.....when done, back out and Deploy the "changes". It worked.

    I think that just sort of kicked it in the butt and told it...there was an update. Probably just telling the stuff I already had in flows....re-initializing them. Something to that effect.

    Thanks. Can you please post the node-red log when you start-up node red?
