So just installed AutoVoice and it's amazing! The only caveat I've run into is when trying to trigger a command with the screen off. Device is Galaxy Note 4 Marshmallow, and I have "always on" enabled for Google Now

    Workflow is:
    Screen Off
    Say "OK Google"
Screen wakes up, google now prompt is active
    Say my command.
    Command is recognized correctly word-for-word
Instead of seeing the expected toast message from AutoVoice Google Now performs a search with the phrase I spoke
If I again say "OK Google" then my phrase, phrase is recognized, toast message comes up and tasker task proceeds.
If I go to the home screen and say "OK Google" then my phrase, phrase is recognized, toast message comes up and tasker task proceeds.

Is this expected behavior? Is there something else I have to do to get AutoVoice to function after the screen is woken up from an "OK Google" prompt?

    Thanks!

    Klaus

Yeah, I found that for some reason I can't this to work either on more recent Google App versions :( Accessibility events are not generated in this situation so AutoVoice can't know what's on the screen...

:( That sucks. It would be great if this can be done.

Any possibility of getting this addressed? This app is dead in the water without this working correctly

    Here's what you can do:
    - Turn off "OK Google" on any screen"
    - Use "continous" mode
    - create a profile triggered with "OK Google" or anything else you'd like
    - in a task linged to the profile above do as follows:
    a. turn off "continous" mode
    b. start Google Now or Voice Search
    - then you need to integrate (which doesn't work for me at all) new command into Google Now which will (after you say something like "close" or "stop" or whatever "close google now"):
    a. kill Google Now or Google Search app
    b. start "continous" mode again
