Can't Fix Google Voice/Hangouts

    I use Google Voice and Hangouts on my phone and was wondering if it's possible to have Join work in a similar fashion? So these two options:
    1. When creating a new text, the ability to choose to use my cell carriers number or my GV number to send with
    2. When replying to a text, the option to automatically reply with which ever number the text was received on. So if the text came through my GV number, reply with that number. If it came through my cell number, reply with that.

    Unfortunately I don't think there's a way of me knowing if an SMS comes through Google Voice. Sorry!
