Separate Push Settings for Battery Low and Full

    I've disabled this particular push notification because battery full appears incessantly mobile devices left plugged into power. However, I still would like to receive battery low notifications, which are less frequent and of higher importance. I'd love it if these notifications were treated as separate event types.
