Hi guys, I'm looking for a bit of advice with this.

First off, I'm super impressed with autoinput, as it allows me to toggle various settings without root. But can I toggle aeroplane mode whilst the screen is off?

At the moment I have Tasker enter a Sleep mode when my phone is plugged in and aeroplane mode switched on.

In the morning, I want Tasker to activate AutoInput to run my aeroplane toggle which will then enable wifi, get my updates and open a radio app. Is there anyway to do this?

I'm guessing that I'll need to disable my pattern lock whilst in sleep mode, which is fine, but I'm not sure of the best way to do that. Create a time based profile to toggle aeroplane mode off, allowing my wifi to connect and perform the usual wake up routine, then switch the pattern lock back on.

Is this achievable, or do I have to change my lock pattern to a pin or something?

I'm running stock android marshmallow on a unrooted Nexus 6.

    Thanks for the advice
    HH

Unfortunately AutoInput can't click stuff on your screen while your screen is off :( There's no way around that because of an Android limitation. Wish I could help!

    Glad you're enjoying the app!
