AutoVoice Alexa skill issues

Hi,
I seem to be having issues with the alexa skill, its all enabled and when i ask alexa something i see the message come up on my phone but it appears the relevant profile in tasker does not get called?. I did manage to get it to work (all be it intermittent) however now even with tasker disabled saying the command causes alexa to reply with what i can only assume is cached data!?

is there an issue with the skill, or does it take a long time to notice that the tasker profile has changed? its all a bit odd as like i said i can see the command i requested appear on my phone but it does not trigger the profile or it will just speak what the last output of the command was (cached?)

I have rebooted the phone etc..
