Open API callnumber and # support

    I am observing options to set MMI codes via API callnumber (example **21*<number># for call forwarding), yet seems like API cannot pass over # (ofc. URL encoded as '%23').
    When call is initiated, # is always missing, so it's not registered as MMI code.

    Any idea how to workaround this?

    Also tried saving the MMI code as number under contact and dialing through chrome extension and result is the same (ofc since I guess using same API).
