Open Api exceeded

Hi Joao,
Interesting error on a file shared from my wife's phone to mine via Join.

Diagnostics came back all good. Is there some authentication I need to do for this to work?

Here's what I did to produce it:

1. Take a screenshot on a shared device (not on the same account).
2. In the second device, open the shared devices panel.
3. Select the device that shared the file. Nothing came up when I pulled down to refresh.
4. I checked the log files and found that the out showed a shared file.
5. The url that used took me to the Googleapi site where I found this message.

I clicked the wrong button trying to copy the message and cleared the logs by accident. I'll try to reproduce and get a screenshot back to you.

In a related note, while trying to generate this error again, I opened AutoRemote and got the same error on AutoRemote.

API Exceeded... Very strange. I got it after trying to restore my Local URL from the settings menu.

 

Hi, Joao, I managed to get it to happen again. This time I was using the Chrome Extension, and I sent a .png file from my desktop to my device using the "Send a file to your Device" link. The link sent from the Chrome extension, and the Phone logged receiving the link at a googleapi's site.
When I tried to open the link I receive that same error again.
Sorry that it has taken so long, I've been working to reproduce it.

I have managed to *not* delete the logs this time...I can send them to you.
