Solved App not receiving GCM messages...

    I noticed that messages sent on Chrome weren't going through. I ran the diagnostics in the app and the "Receive Push from server" and "Receive Push with direct GCM Key" both fail. This happens on wifi and mobile data.

    Hi. Is your device rooted? Did you disable GCM on Google Play Services via an app like greenify by any chance?

    I am rooted, but I don't currently use Greenify. I'm not running any other battery saving apps or anything like that either.

    Did Join ever work for you on that device? Can you try uninstalling Join, rebooting and reinstalling?

    It worked until yesterday on this device. I cleared data previously and that didn't fix it, but uninstalling-rebooting-reinstalling did. Not sure what happened, but thanks!
