AutoInput AutoInput and Android Instagram App

Platform: Crappy RCA tablet running 5.0
Tasker and AutoInput both purchased and working fine.
Trying:
1) Launch IG app. (works perfect)
2) Click point on screen to "post" new photo (works perfect)
3) Click text on screen ("Gallery") to drop down photo source (works perfect)
- This drops down the menu to select photo source location
4) Click text on screen ("Other") to select alternate source for photo. (does not find it)
*) I've also tried clicking a point after dropping down the menu by finding point using developer options then using a click action on that point. Nothing seems to get it to select "Other" in the dropdown menu.

 

Can anyone shed some light on why the click-on-a-point AND the click-on-found-text functions aren't working on the dropdown menu in the IG app?
I tried it on a Note4 running 6.0.1 and it works fine. Is this a platform or OS issue?
Any insights would be very much appreciated.
