AutoInput Autoinput and telegram

Hi,

is there any ways that autoinput can detect a word or sentence in a telegram message from a bot and click on it?
Basically, every morning a telegram bot is sending me a link in the format: "here is your file" and if you click over the "here is your file" the browser starts to download the file. I tried to do the "easy setup" but it cannot detect anything. I failed even doing it manually inserting "field type" and "nearby text".
I am using android 7.
