   I have a profile when i'm connected to Home WiFi, lockscreen is disabled,
   but when i turn the screen on, an AutoInput dialogue appears from no where, saying unlocking....
   
   @joaomgcd can you please tell me why is this happening?

   That happens when AutoInput attempts to unlock your screen if it is off and you use an AutoInput action. So maybe the task is running right when you turn on your screen.

   I'm not using any AutoInput task over turning on the screen.

   Regular AutoInput actions will turn on the screen unless you tell them not to. There's an option for that.
