AutoRemote AUTOREMOTE STOP RECIEVING COMMANDS (HELP PLEASE)

hello all,
i have the follwing setup, PROBOX EX2+ hocked up in my hometheater as a receiver for my commands on tasker, wich i send from my lg g4 or tablet. it has been working well for the last 3-5 months .the Probox is connected with logitech harmony over the autoharmony so i can controll the hole hometheater.
MY PROBLEM:
*** it's like periodic problem, every 3-5 min can i receive commands continuously (for 1 min) and than with delay of 3-4 *****
*** NOTICE I ALWAYS CAN SEND FROM MY PROBOX TO PHONE/TABLET WITHOUT ANY DELAY !!!! BUT RECIEV WITH DELAYS)**

since 2 weeks my probox is getting commands from my phone or tablet with a delay of 3-20 min, i have tried all:
- i opened all the ports (5228-5230,443) for my probox --> didn't work
- reseted my probox and reinstalled autoremote also on my Phone --> didn't work
- i tried PNF FIXER --> helped for 10 min than not more , I TRIED TO SHORT THE PING TIME (1 MIN FOR WIFI AND 2 MIN FOR MOBILE) ****if i go to PNF and click on disconnect and the connect --> i get all my messages on once.
-turned all my firewalls in my routers --> didn't work
-i tried to repair my url in the app --> sill with delay
-I tried to change from LAN to WIFI , to change router also on wifi--> didn't work
- i tried another android tv which i used before with no problems--> now same problem --> delay , can always send without any problem but receive with delay

PLEASE HELP, i don't know what i can do more
