AutoVera AutoVera error authenticating

I'm continuously receiving a notification stating that AutoVera is unable to login to my Vera account, yet I've checked that my username and password allows me to login successfully to https://home.getvera.com. Any reason why this is occurring? This plugin has been working fine until recently.

 

I was able to figure out what the problem was. I was doing some network upgrades in my home and didn't realize that my Vera hub was on a different subnet than my phone. Once they were back on the same subnet, the AutoVera plugin returned to normal. Sorry about that but thanks for the help anyway.
