AutoVoice AutoVoice and "Read my messages"

Moto X Pure - Android 6.0
Goggle Now - 5.6.24-19 arm64
AutoVoice - 2.0.46
Tasker - 4.8

I must be missing an option somewhere. I'll say:

"Ok Google"
dink
"Read my messages."
"You've got several..." the rest is chopped off and the message window Google Now opened goes away.

If I disable Tasker or AutoVoice the above completes successfully.

Is there an option somewhere in AutoVoice, or a Tasker pofile, to stop this from happening?
