I have some confusion. What is the difference between these in Tasker? Autovoice Event vs Autovoice State. What if I check "Event Behavior" in Autovoice State? Would the Autovoice state now be identical to a Autovoice Event? What is the point in the "Event Behavior" feature? Why not just create an Autovoice Event? Does the Autovoice Event or Autovoice State perform faster in Tasker? I'm creating various profiles and can see performing my requirements using either methods (Event or State)....but want to know which is the preferred/faster method for Tasker to perform. Thanks
To my understanding State was used initially, and event was added later because it's faster. I assume state is left in the so as to not break existing profiles.
So that sounds like there is no functional difference between the two (State with "Event Behavior" checked vs Event)
