AutoVoice Autovoice has left the conversation...no action performed

Hello,

I have setup a few actions in Autovoice.
I test them succesfully from within Autovoice
when trying to invoke them from Google assistant, the assistant says command sent (with the correct command) but then autovoice does nothing and assistant just displayes a message saying autovoice has left the conversation.
any ideas?

 

Thanks for the suggestion, I did that, however behavior did not change.

Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately neither of those is true.
Any other ideas?

 

Tried to unlink and re-link autovoice with the goole home app
Now during linking I get "Please contact your developer wth this error code: 65c6cb5c-7ec9-4448-ac25-760bd3313bef"

 

And every time I do it I get another error...here is the latest one...
