AutoVoice AV is simply not working

Hello.
I'm getting mad. I'm trying to make simple task in tasker using AV but it just not working. Accessibility is enabled.
What is important I'm not trying to use Google Assistant, just Google Now. Any command is not executed by autovoice.
If I disable Stream to Mute in continuous mode there is no any beep every 5 second. I've tried to make it work on 3 different devices and sadly without success. Moreover, I was using this plugin about year ago and everything worked. Any tips?
Even tried to do simpliest thing:
New event in tasker -> AV recognized -> command: test -> new action -> alert -> flash: text
Then saying "OK Google, test" just opens search result with "test" but there is no reaction from AV or tasker.
