Open Cannot run Windows 10 app

    Hello, just download the Windows 10 app but it refuse to run.
    It closed in after Join window for lest than 1 second, without any error shown.
    FYI: I'm using latest Anniversary update of Windows 10 and latest update.

    Do you mean that the app opened and then closed right away? Did you ever get the app to run before? Thanks

    No success before, it closed right away. I can't event see the window content.

    Can you please press the windows key, type winver and tell me the exact windows version you're using? Thanks
