Open Cant say reply when screen is off

    when i recive a message when screen is off and i say reply i get nothing is reconginze and hangs
    also if i get another message right after few seconds i dont have the option to reply or cancel

    Can you please try this:
    - clear logs in Touchless Chat
    - wait until your receive a message with the screen off and try to reply
    -export logs and paste them here
