Solved Can't send sms from Chrome since changing Sim Card

    I recently had to change the Sim card in my phone and haven't been able to send SMS from Chrome ever since. I can receive them on Chrome, and have no issues sending SMS on my phone. Diagnostic tests on both the phone app and Chrome both pass with no errors. This is happening whether sending a new SMS or as a reply to one.

    What happens when you try to send an SMS? Also, maybe you need to change the SIM setting in the app under Settings -> SMS and Phone Calls -> Advanced -> SIM to use?

    It just gives me a box saying it could not send the message and Generic Chrome error.

    Did you change the setting I mentioned?

    There is only 1 Sim card listed and it wasn't selected. That seems to have fixed it.
