Open Can't unlock android

I purchased Join but I can't unlock it on android. Which means I can't send sms's from my PC. Makes the software useless until I can get this working.

I believe I purchased Join from the PC. I have an email from Microsoft for the purchase. As far as I can tell I'm logged in with the same account as I am on the PC. Both devices are showing in the devices section. I've tried reinstalling it via the web version of the play store as suggested. It still says it is locked. I even tried going to the Microsoft page but they only seem to have the Windows version.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

 

Can someone please address this email or direct me to where I can get a refund.
