Solved Cell Near and WiFi Connected

    Device: Galaxy S8 - Android 8.0

    It appears that both Cell Near and WiFi Connected are still working without Location Mode turned on.
    Location Mode only needed to be turned on for initial settings of scanning Cell IDs and when we need to specify the Access Point ID in WiFi Connected

    I guess these need to be clarified on the warning message when we first setting these profile.
