Open Chrome Extension gets stuck with spinning circle and doesn't sync

    Chrome extension stops syncing SMS and shows spinning circle.l have done the following to try to fix:

    1) Remove extension from chrome
    2) Go into mobile app and disable then re-enable SMS sync
    3) Re-add chrome extension and sign in

    This happens daily

    Can you please try this:
    - go into Chrome
    - settings
    - extensions
    - enable developer mode
    - click on join.html
    - go to the console tab
    - open Join extension
    - see if anything appears there
